Case Study:

Transaction Negotiation Strategies

Challenge: Client is looking to purchase his location from the existing owner along with support for other strategic initiatives.
Solution: The Loan Consultant is representing the Client in negotiations. We brought in a Commercial Real Estate broker to determine market value of the property, and a Commercial Land Use attorney to determine development feasibility of existing acreage for future investment.
Result: Successful negotiations underway. Client expanded engagement to include adding another location and a strategic business partner. Our work includes proof of concept, lease negotiation strategies and corporate structure.
